The school follows a Teacher on Duty System in which each teacher in turns gets an opportunity to enact the role of Teacher on Duty popularly known as TOD during this role, teacher exercises the power and represents the authority of the Principal in the matters corning students’ discipline, school administration, safety and security of the children.
To minimize the Teaching Learning gaps school follows the wonderful system of Lesson-wise Achievement Report in which the subject teachers keep a record of the Lesson-wise Achievement of each student and ensure the effective learning outcome of the topic by conducting various types of classroom test which enhances the confidence of a student to perform well in exam.
To check the comprehensive and continuous progress of reading ability in different Language subjects, a regular Reading Assessment is conducted in every classroom for each student and the same progress report and the grade of performance is displayed and shared monthly with parents and students.
To ensure the quality assessment of the answer sheets and to understand the areas of difficulty for the students to attempt any question in exam, a thorough assessment is conducted by the teachers to understand the overall performance of the students in each subject. On the basis of these analyses, our teachers plan and implement a remedial strategy to boost confidence of the learners to perform well in their academics.
To establish the strong and long term association with Students’ Community, our teachers gladly accept the opportunity to mentor the students in a smaller groups for one to one interaction with them and their parents to share their overall progress by visiting their homes. Positive and constructive feedback of the parents are always accepted and implemented to a great extent.
For helping students improve their communication, logical, research and critical thinking skills school organized a number of Olympiad Examinations of its own which were participated by the students of Classes II to X.
To groom the students to the levels of global competency and to pave the way for future professionalism, students are given the touch of etiquettes. School regularly organizes Soft Skills Development Programme for the students and invites experts from the varied fields to mentor them all.
To develop the sound teaching learning methodology and to develop a better understanding of different patterns of students learning behaviour, educators are encouraged to carryout Action Research on different areas of their choice.
To ensure that every student who passes through the threshold of the school is equipped with minimum level of skills , knowledge and common sense , graded modules containing Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from varied areas of students learning have been prepared and shared with the students and a full proof system has been developed to ensure the same.
Following the guidelines of Central Board of Secondary Education and a word of suggestion from Ministry of Human Resource Development School uses NCERT publication in classes I to XII.
To ensure that each and every student improves his/her performs irrespective of their present academic achievements, Acceleration Classes are arranged to sharpen the latent skills of the students.
The school arranges extra classes for the students who could perform better and brings them to the level of achievers by putting in extra efforts and energy.
Nothing is constant except the change and the society we live in is changing rapidly and the pace of change is accelerating with the each passing day so to enable our students to face this changed world session on Futuristic Skills which will enable them with skills which will hold them in good stead compared with their fellow human being. The school has a detailed CCA program which is observed on every Saturday.
